It all started in 1967<\/strong> when our founder, C\u00e1ndido Mu\u00f1oz, started selling fruit and veg in Madrid from the burgeoning Segovian orchards<\/strong> he knew so well. That knowledge, and his close links with the land,<\/strong> enabled him to grow his business gradually, walking hand in hand with quality, creating the first facilities for packaging fresh products,<\/strong> mainly carrots.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In order to be able to provide vegetables all year round, in 1975 the Hnos. Mu\u00f1oz Pascual company became involved in Andalusian harvests,<\/strong> building relations with the best cultivated land and farmers in the province of Cadiz.<\/strong><\/p>

These days, that knowledge and rural connection have enabled us to boast a high percentage of our own planted crops and harvests<\/strong>, as well as close relations going back many years with the farmers of Cadiz and Segovia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMeanwhile, in the 1980s we embarked on the development of facilities<\/strong> to store, clean and package leeks and carrots in Carbonero el Mayor.<\/strong> Said facilities have undergone continual expansion and modernisation since the 1990s and 2000s<\/strong>, with the aim of guaranteeing the cleanliness and preparation of our vegetables in a quick and ongoing manner, introducing the best technology for washing, sifting, refrigerating and packaging, with all processes automated<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

By the early 21st<\/sup> century, distribution was already being carried out in the main domestic markets<\/strong>, both in Madrid and Barcelona as well as in the main Spanish provincial capitals.<\/p>
